Office of Student Affairs
Office of Student Affairs is a secondary management institution of the university . Under the direct leadership of the main education sector , it mainly focuses on students' political and ideological education and management as well as the management and evaluation of the counselors ' work.
There are Student Management Section, Comprehensive Management Section and Student Financial Assistance Administration Section under the Students Affairs Department .
Duties or responsibilities of Office of Student Affairs :

students' political and ideological education in the university

collection ,classification and consultation of students' archives

the reviewing and distribution of students' grants

students' financial aid and the distribution of national grants and other financial aids

selection and evaluation of " All-round Good Students"," Excellent StudentCadres","Clean and Tidy Dormitories"as well as the education and punishment of students on the infringement of regulations

relevant file drafting ,distribution and organizing
7. management and supervision of counselors ' work: training , evaluation of their performance as well as the selection of excellent counselors

management of students' dormitories, arranging students' accommodation, inspection over the sanitation of students' dormitory as well as the evaluation of the clean and tidy dormitories and the educational work on building a harmonious dormitory
